DYNAMARINe is pleased to host two invitation-only roundtable webinars on the Impact of the Revised OCIMF STS Transfer Guide (2025), scheduled for 29 October at 10:30 and 17:30 EET. These two time slots are designed to accommodate both eastern and western stakeholders.
Over the past decade, STS operations have evolved significantly, driven by regulatory changes, new technologies, and lessons learned from industry practice. The forthcoming 2025 edition of the STS Transfer Guide represents a step-change in how risk, vessel preparedness, equipment standards, human factors, personnel transfer, and service provider responsibilities are addressed.
During these sessions, the DYNAMARINe Team will:
A. Present the key findings of our Gap Analysis (2013 vs 2025).
B. Discuss changes for charterers, shipowners, and service providers under the revised framework.
C. Explore how the Guide aligns with SIRE 2.0 and wider OCIMF/TMSA requirements.
D. Provide an open forum for stakeholder discussion and feedback.
This is an important opportunity to engage with peers, understand the operational and compliance impacts of the revised Guide, and exchange perspectives on how the industry can prepare for its implementation.
Priority invitations will be extended to STS Stakeholders.
